7-Day Return & Exchange Policy

You may return or exchange your order within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, with all accessories and original packaging included.

Procedure:
1. Contact us at info@snosha.com with your order number.
2. Choose your preferred resolution — refund or exchange.
3. We will process your request within 3 business days once the item is received and inspected.

Important Notes:
- All accessories must be included in the return.
- Products must be in their original packaging.
- For non-quality-related returns, a restocking and shipping fee of EGP 100 applies.
- For defective or quality-related claims, Snosha will issue a full refund within 7 business days.
- Returns that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
